Australia’s Healthcare Reform
Maximising Performance and Improving Quality

The recent announcement for a new National Health and Hospitals Network is the most significant reform to Australia’s health system since the introduction of Medicare. There is much debate as to whether it will achieve the government’s vision, however the tension between cost management and the demand for the highest possible levels of care is not unique to Australia.

The UK’s National Health Service (NHS) went through years of debate before introducing a national performance management system in 2000.
Attend this Webinar and hear about the business drivers behind the project; challenges faced; and benefits achieved.

You’ll also see a performance management solution customised for the healthcare sector. It includes more than 300 clinical measures; standard dashboards, scorecards and health care KPIs.
